Okara Ball

 
 

Ingredients

1½ cups Aloha Tofu Okara

1 container Firm Aloha Tofu

½ can (7.5 ounces) whole kernel corn

1 can (5 ounces) tuna

1 small carrot, finely chopped

½ bunch green onions or garlic chives, finely chopped

3 eggs, beaten

½ cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon garlic salt

1 tablespoon dashi no moto

oil for frying & flour as needed

Cooking Directions

1.  Drain tofu well.

2.  Combine all the ingredients and mix well.

3.  Shape into desired size balls and coat with flour. 

4.  Heat oil to a high temperature and deep-fry until golden brown.
