Aburage Pizza

 
 

Ingredients

4 pieces large Aloha Tofu Aburage

4 tablespoons ketchup

1 cup shredded cheese for pizza

toppings of your choice (ham, bacon, tuna, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, corn, etc.)

Cooking Directions

1.  Cut two sides to open aburage into a square shape (see page OX).

2.  Spread ketchup on the surface of aburage, and place toppings of your choice and cheese.

3.  Bake in toaster oven until cheese melts.

Quick Tip

You can add a small amount of Tabasco and/or mayonnaise to ketchup.
